Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline, LLC. (Pony Express) together with Bridger Pipeline, LLC (Bridger), have announced a new binding joint tariff open season for incentive tariff rates, utilizing existing Pony Express capacity, for shipper commitments for crude oil transportation from Bridger’s Guernsey Hub.
