BP Delivers First Gas from Trinidad’s Mento Field

bp Trinidad and Tobago (bpTT) has safely delivered first gas through connection of the initial discovery well at the Mento development, offshore Trinidad. Mento is a 50/50 joint venture between bpTT and EOG Resources. bpTT and EOG are currently working on the Coconut gas development under a similar joint venture arrangement, with start-up expected in 2027.
