Centrica Leads Talks to Buy National Grid’s $2 Billion LNG Terminal, FT Reports

Centrica and Energy Capital Partners are in advanced talks to acquire National Grid’s Isle of Grain LNG terminal in a deal valued at about $2 billion, the Financial Times reports. The terminal is Europe’s largest LNG facility and a key asset in the UK’s energy network.
