Energy Transfer Taps KBR, Technip to Build Louisiana LNG Plant

Energy Transfer has signed a preliminary agreement with KBR and Technip Energies to construct the Lake Charles LNG plant, pending a final investment decision. The project, in development since 2015, requires additional permits and customer agreements to move forward.
