Energy Transfer to Supply 1 MMtpa Lake Charles LNG to Kyushu Electric

Energy Transfer has entered into a 20-year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Kyushu Electric Power Company related to its Lake Charles LNG project. Under the SPA with Kyushu, Energy Transfer LNG will supply up to 1.0 MMtpa of LNG on a free-on-board (FOB) basis, and the terms are subject to Energy Transfer LNG reaching FID on the Lake Charles LNG project.
