Octopus Energy has introduced a new rewards programme called Octoplus.
The scheme aims to empower smart meter customers to manage their energy consumption in exchange for various benefits and prizes.
Octoplus participants can earn ‘Octopoints’ by engaging in demand flexibility programmes like Octopus’s innovative ‘Saving Sessions’ and by maintaining a healthy energy account.
These Octopoints can be redeemed for account credits, with the option to make charity donations or exchange them for exclusive Octopus Energy merchandise.
Additional rewards in the entertainment and food sectors will be introduced shortly.
